Whales have fascinated me since I followed a report of a mammoth trawled up by an English fishing vessel, and found instead the skull of a Minke whale. I have gathered data about whales in many places, published articles, traveled to Iceland to visit a whaling station, and seen whales in captivity in a variety of situations, and watched wild whales in the Bay of Fundy and many places on the West Coast of BC.
